Vtg Signed OTC Clear Glass Rhinestone Adjustable BUCKLE Bracelet

Glass rhinestone bracelet signed OTC. I'm not sure how old it is. Gold tone metal with clear glass prong-set rhinestones. It has a functional buckle with 3 holes for wearing at different lengths - 6.5", 7.5", 8.5". The longest setting is not really wearable though because the tail of the bracelet is then too short to reach the loop, so it would just flap around and eventually come undone. The other two lengths work well though! No missing stones or other damage, only light surface wear consistent with age/use. From a local estate sale.
