THOR 2013 Motor Coach Class A diesel motor

I am acting as an agent for the owner of the Thor Motor Coach, who purchased it in February of 2014 with 12667 miles on the odometer. The Motor Coach was used only as a luxury vehicle by the owner, as he and his wife traveled with another couple in comfort to various destinations around the country. This Coach was never used as a camping vehicle, as the owner always stayed in motels and hotels. The only appliance used was the refrigerator. The toilet was used, as well. They never cooked meals in the Coach. It currently has 40,709 miles on the odometer, the owner drove about 28,000 miles between 2014 and 2018. It is a non smoker Coach.
The Coach was always stored in building when not in use. Since 2019, it has not been driven but stored in a climate controlled warehouse owned by the owner. It has been started periodically over the years. Any maintenance was performed as needed during his ownership and use. The batteries were replaced in 2023. Everything operates as it should. The interior is in excellent condition, the upholstery is excellent in the driver's compartment.
The engine is a Cummins Diesel, and the chassis is a Freightliner.
It just needs a little TLC to bring it back to a sparkling "like new" Motor Coach.
The Coach is sold "As Is" with no warranty. Balance Transfer for payment.

I have had questions asked about the Coach, and when I responded I indicated that I wanted my answers posted on the auction, but none were added. The Coach has auto leveling jacks. The tires are Goodyear , and the date code is 3311.  All maintenance services were performed as needed.
