Scrim King Products are now NFPA 701 approved Fire Retardant. They also increase safety by making your stand more visual so guests won?t accidentally trip over them.
How do you wash them?
Gentle cycle, hang Dry. Absolutely No Bleach.
Do they come with bags?
Officially,as of March 2010 all Scrim King products will come in a custom tote bag.
Can I backlight/up light the White scrim?

Returns
To Return an Item:
To return an item you must file a Buyer Protection Case in the Resolution Center on eBay by clicking

As soon as you open a case we will issue you an RMA # and instructions for your return.
Returns will not be accepted without an RMA - No Exceptions.

Shipping Damage:
If you receive an item and it arrives damaged,
you are required to report the damage to hollywooddj.com within 24 hours of receipt
so that we can file a claim with the carrier.
All shipping damage claims must be filed by hollywoodDJ.com with the carrier within 48 Hours or the loss will not eligible for reimbursement by the carrier.

Defective Items:
If you receive a defective item you have
30 days from the date of
receipt
to
exchange the item through hollywoodDJ.com.
After 30 days you will be required to obtain warranty service through the product manufacturer.
hollywoodDJ.com will not accept returns of defective items after 30 days under any circumstances - You will be referred directly to the product manufacturer for warranty service.

All returned items are subject to inspection and testing - If the returned item is found to be defective we will issue a full refund or replace the defective item.

to be defective a
minimum
15% restocking fee will be charged.
If the item is returned and missing all original packaged items (box, manuals, cables, free items, etc.) a maximum 25% restocking fee will be charged.
Non-Returnable Items:
Computer Software, software controllers and any software related products requiring activation or registration are not eligible for return.
DVDs, CDs, videos, lamps, bulbs & liquids for atmospheric effect units are not eligible for return.
Cables, needles, cartridges, head-shells, projectors, and trusting are not eligible for return.
Any wearable or mouth-contact items like headphones, microphones, t-shirts, etc. are not eligible for return, unless defective for health code reasons.

Domestic Customers:
Buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to hollywooddj.com for normal returns. (Changed mind, buyer's remorse, ordered the wrong item, etc)
For Returns or exchanges on damaged or defective items in the continental US, hollywoodDJ.com will pay shipping costs to return the defective item and to send the replacement item back to you.
