    Safway Scaffolding Casters Set of 4 High Quality 6 inch wheels. Condition is Used. This set of casters will last a long time.  The bearings have grease ( see photo 2) fittings. Everything works.  They could use a brushing or hose them down.  These are the heavy duty locking caster for your scaffolding or other uses.
