Item will be mailed to you once payment has been received.  I mail using the Post Office and send it First Class.
If item is over 1 pound then I mail in the most cost effective manner.  It could be UPS, Fed Ex, USPS Ground or Parcel).
I mail in a padded envelope and wrap in bubble unless item is large or heavy then I usually mail in a box.   I try to mail out within a 1 day time frame.
If something happens during the shipping process, please contact me and send a picture of the item as it arrived to you.  I am very diligent in my business and would like to know if there is a problem before NEGATIVE FEEDBACK is left.  Thank you
