This is the Sekiguchi Fan Vote Gothic Style Doll From 2010.
My bad camera work doesn't do her justice!
She has very dark lips and dark blue hair.
Hard to find.
She has been removed from the box to be photographed and returned complete.
Box has some shelf wear and dings and the box "window" is slightly bent.
Please forgive the glare from the camera flash.
