Just like umbrellas or canopys at the beach, a little bit of wind can cause a big headache. Ground stakes and securing rope are included in the kit but additional anchoring may be required depending on your install location, especially in areas with high winds. Earth anchors or sand bags are a common choice but your needs may vary depending on the ground surface and amount of wind in the area.
