This Battery Powered Coca-Cola Clock was made by Impact International has over 60 years of experience in manufacturing and distributing
point-of- purchase and promotional products
, such as push button menu boards and clocks for beverage companies.  Their address is imprinted on the back of the clock, 2600 Lockheed Way, Carson City, NV  89706 775-882-7834.  There is not a manufactured date that I can see on this clock.
Coca-Cola had many logo designs but this particular one is called "That White Wave" that was introduced in 1969.  The Enjoy over the words Coca-Cola appeared on the 1969 Logo as well.
This Clock works well and keeps good time.
The clock is approximately 18 inches tall, 12 inches wide and 2 inches thick.
It is made of a hard plastic material and there is a little wear but based on the age, it is acceptable.  On the lower left corner is a small crack on outer frame on the corner.  Please see photos for additional information.
