Features

We have a genuinely nice, clean RV and we are motivated sellers. We lived in it for a little over a year while we looked for a home that we have now purchased in Tennessee.  We do not need the RV and just want to sell it as soon as possible. We are lowering the price until we approach the value that we can quickly get from a dealer on a trade-in. The first qualified buyer to accept our decreasing price will get the unit at a considerable discount to what they would pay a dealer. Lower counteroffers are welcome but may not be accepted immediately.
This is about as low of a purchase risk that can be made from a private seller.  All systems have been checked out by an authorized repair facility and are currently working.  If something should break after the sale, there is an extensive dealer’s extended warranty for 7 years original duration that is transferable, which would still be in effect for the next two years. Included with the purchase are a new set of four deep-cycle 6-volt batteries wired in series/parallel, new entry step covers, new front seat covers, wheel covers, and an external environmental protection cover for the entire RV.
Inside you will see is a spacious well thought out floorplan. With dual opposing slide-outs in the kitchen and living area, you have ample room for moving around so you will not feel cramped at all. The kitchen area is upfront where you will find a very clean three-burner range and spotless overhead convection/microwave oven, a double sink with a cover, and a three-door residential size refrigerator/freezer. Enjoy your meals seated at the 42" x 70" booth dinette which also features seat belts for any back seat travelers and cross-country card games.
Mid-coach, still within the opposing slide-out area, you will find an L-sofa along with the curbside slide, and a direct view of the 40" LED TV with electric fireplace below. On the opposite driver’s side, you will find a Euro recliner chair and end table with a shelf so there is plenty of seating for everyone. The sofa can easily become a sleeping space for two, as well as the dinette being able to accommodate two more guests when folded down for sleeping. You also have two more seat belts within the sofa so you could easily have six rear travelers in this setup. The driving seats up front are also recliners and can be rotated and used for two additional sleepers if needed.
Beyond the living area you will find a complete bath along the curbside as you make your way to the master bedroom. The bath offers a rounded shower, vanity with sink, toilet, and linen cabinet. There is also an overhead medicine cabinet as well.
The private rear master bedroom features a queen-sized bed slide out with nightstands on both sides with A/C power and USB connections. The opposite side along the curbside wall provides storage with a large dresser and hanging wardrobe, plus you also have a 24" LED TV to enjoy.
