Enjoy comfortable and fun family RVing in this well maintained, low mileage (7,349 miles), easy to drive, well appointed RV. It features a luxury king sized bed; modern lighting; 4 televisions; a complete kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, three burner propane cooktop, propane oven, microwave, overhead exhaust and light, corian countertops, double stainless sink and large wooden cutting board.
Double slide outs - for the kitchen area and bedroom - expand for wider living and walkaround space. Four seat dinette that morphs into a single bed; a sofa converts into a double bed; an electric drop down bed, with detachable ladder is over the driver/pax compartment; pull down day/night shades and tasteful color scheme. Great storage space in upper cabinets, drawers and under the sink. More storage over driver/pax area and under dinette seats.
Enter through side door with an inside TV overhead. Driver and passenger seats both recline and swivel with a removable, round table in between. Electric fold-away steps eases entry. Sliding front windshield curtain for privacy.
Bathroom with large shower, stainless lavatory and a recently installed upgraded/new toilet with a more sanitary, swirl water flush pattern. Storage above toilet and under lavatory.
Opposite refrigerator/freezer is the master control/sensor panel, broom closet. Next to refrigerator is a unique, pull-out spice/condiment storage cabinet with above storage cabinets.
Master bedroom has large closet and storage drawers, excellent lighting, large wall mounted TV, more storage above headboard and under the bed and small, bedside, table tops. A sliding, solid, bedroom door provides security and privacy. Large, removable, escape window is on the back and day/night shades on the sliding bedside windows.
Three TVs inside and one outside with a DVD player. Dashboard includes an AM/FM radio with multiple speakers. A satellite dish (added) can be activated with whatever system owner chooses to install. Several AC plugs and computer USB plugs available.
Safety enhanced with three video cameras feeding a color, dash mounted monitor. One cam views behind the RV and one on each side for added safety visibility. Side cameras displayed when turn signals are activated. Smoke and CO2 detectors. Added comfort and campsite stability come from Self Leveling System. A new leveling system control panel has been recently installed.
This RV has been winter stored in a climate controlled warehouse and well maintained throughout our short ownership. Owner manuals/documents on hand. The internet and YouTube videos address most any RV issue. Two bins of supplies and RV related equipment are included.
Discrepancies and Imperfections: Minor wear and tear such as limb scratches on side panels which can likely be buffed out.
