Engine and transmission are in good condition, the car runs well. The car after running for 40mins it shuts down, at this point you need to let it rest and then after 15mins the car starts up again. The cables that go from the ECU to the motor are new. The DTC states electrical issue, this could be the ECU or another electrical component. I also will include housing thermostat with the cover because the original has a small leak. Hence, I am including a new piece for free with thermostat and temp sensor. The cars value is ,500, the price being sold is ridiculous, since the new tires alone are worth 0. I put OBDII and no error appeared. The reference to electrical problem is from the previous owners suggestion.
