This is a great Palm Beach restoration candidate.  It has 70,404 original miles.  The motorhome has always been in the south and has a clean undercarriage. It has been sitting and will need to be trailered to its new home.  The motorhome ran when it was parked and the motor and tranny are good.  The Onan generator is still in it.  Nothing has been removed from the motorhome.  Mechanically it will need new tires, new batteries, new distributor, new master cylinder/brake service, tuneup, fuel system service, etc. The photos give an accurate representation of the condition.  The body is in great shape (no body damage).  It has all of the original appliances and components.  All appliances and systems worked when it was parked but are all untested.  It was properly winterized when it was last parked.   All of the glass is in tact without any cracks.  There is some water damage to the cabinetry around the rear dinette seats and to the end of the cabinet above the sink.
