    Description
    I bought the original New York City Police certificate of appointment in the 1980s and before having it framed took it to an artist and printer to have it reproduced so that others could enjoy this fine piece of police memorabilia.  I had it printed on bright white paper and eliminated all the aging and stains. Note that the original has several tears and is not in the best shape.
